Order Cancellation

- Once the order has been confirmed and the kitchen has started preparing the food, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- If an order is cancelled before preparation begins.
- If the restaurant is unable to fulfill the order.
- If the payment was successfully processed but the order was not confirmed.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Orders cancelled after food preparation has started.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
